":My girlfriend, who lives in Venice, found me this place. We put my parents up there for a week while they were visiting. It's everything you want from a beachfront property. They had wraparound windows in their suite, all overlooking the ocean. Hard wood floors, a killer breakfast, (which they actually brought up to my parents and served them 'in bed')--they even had beach cruiser bikes that they let my girlfriend and I borrow. Her parents are coming from Minnesota to visit this Christmas. We are SO there!"

They are happy to let guests use bikes, body boards, etc. Honestly you can feel that you are living the life of luxury away from it all, but only 5 minutes from Santa Monica! If you want 24 hour room service, expensive meals, secure parking, go somewhere else -- if you want the real flavour of Venice life in luxurious surroundings -- stay here!" "Our family spent a long weekend in March at Su Casa in Venice Beach. The rooms are immaculate and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very eager to help. It is in a great location right on the boardwalk. We could hear the odd conversation on the street in the evening or early morning, but it did not bother us. We loved being able to walk out the door onto the boardwalk or that the kids could play football on the beach and we could watch them from our room or from the patio at Figtree's. We highly recommend the hotel, and the breakfast is a nice added touch."�
